1 can sliced peaches
1 envelope instant cinnamon spice oatmeal
2 tbs all-purpose flour
2 tbs butter, melted
Directions

Cut peaches into 3/4in pieces. Place into two 10oz custard cups. Combine the oatmeal, flour and butter. Sprinkle over peaches.
Place custard cups on baking sheet. Bake at 350&#176;F for 12-15min or until topping is golden brown.

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. dark molasses
1/4 c. shortening
Directions

Mix flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Set aside.
In a seperate large bowl, mix sugar, shortening, egg and molasses. Roll into small bolls with sugar.
Bake at 350&#176;F for 8 to 10 mins.

1 sm. onion (minced)
1 1/2 c. American cheese
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 can chicken soup
4 c cracker crumbs
6c chicken broth
Directions

Cook chicken and remove from bones. Cut into small pieces.
Mix ingredients. Bake at 350&#176;F for 45 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350&#176;F. Dip chicken in egg, coat with seasoning, crumbs, cheese and sauce.
