2 ripe avocados
1 lime
extra-virgin olive oil
a few pinches of cilantro, finely chopped
kosher salt and fresh pepper
Directions

Halve and pit avocados. Scoop flesh into a bowl with a tablespoon. Mash avocados with a fork, leaving it semi-chunky. Add remaining ingredients and mix gently.
