1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped or minced
1/2 cup water
tater tots
1 can mushroom soup
Directions

Brown beef with onion, drain. Spread beef in casserole dish. Cover with tater tots, mix soup and water and pour over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350&#176;F.

1 cup bread crumbs, finely chopped

2 lbs beef
1 cup crackers
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 tbs oregano
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
10 ounce pizza sauce

Directions

Mix eggs, meat, crackers, oregano, onion, salt, pepper and parmesan. Pack equally into a loaf pan.
Bake 350&#176;F for 45 minutes. Drain grease.
Top with mozzarella cheese and pizza sauce. Bake for 15 more minutes.

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp dry onions
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Mix and shape meat into balls. Cover with sauce.
Bake at 350&#176;F (177&#176;C) for 50 minutes.
