Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped or minced
1/2 cup water
tater tots
1 can mushroom soup
Directions
- Brown beef with onion, drain. Spread beef in casserole dish. Cover with tater tots, mix soup and water and pour over the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.

Ingredients
Balls
1 1/4 lb ground beef
1 egg
1 cup bread crumbs, finely chopped
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 small onion, chopped or minced
Gravy
4 tbs flour
2 to 3 bouillon cubes
water
Directions
- Mix together balls and shape each to about 1 1/2 inches.
- Roll each ball in flour, fry in oil for 15 minutes while turning until done.
- Mix gravy and pour over meat balls. Bake 350°F for 2 to 3 hours.

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
3/4 tsp salt
2 (8oz) can tomato sauce
2 tbs chopped tomatoes
4 cups tortilla chips
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Cook beef in skillet until crumbly and light in color, add salt, onion and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
- Place 3 cups tortilla chips in a 2 quart casserole dish and sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese over the chips.
- Pour meat sauce over chips and cheese. Bake 350°F for 20 minutes.
