		<description><![CDATA[Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
2 tbs tendering salt
1 cup water
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
Directions

Massage all ingredients together and pack into a long roll, 2-3 inches in diameter.
Wrap meat in Saron wrap (or other plastic wrap), refrigerate for 24 hours.
Bake on cookie sheet for 1 hour at 300&#176;F.
